4. Services
Liked provides services including but not limited to:

- Additional services that may be introduced in the future.
Liked reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice where operationally necessary.
5. Pricing and Payments
- All prices are displayed in the applicable local currency.
- Prices shown during checkout are the final prices unless otherwise stated.
- Liked reserves the right to modify pricing for future purchases and subscriptions.
- Payment transactions are processed through authorized third-party payment providers.
6. Subscriptions and Packages
- Subscription services commence on the selected start date confirmed during purchase.
- Package availability may vary depending on location and service provider.
- Users are responsible for selecting appropriate packages and providing accurate delivery information.
- Certain packages may be subject to additional terms displayed within the App.
7. Cancellation and Refunds

- Refunds will generally not be provided for services already delivered or consumed.

8. Delivery Services

- Liked is not responsible for delays resulting from inaccurate delivery information provided by the user.
9. Food Allergies and Dietary Information
- Users are responsible for reviewing meal ingredients before placing orders.

- Liked and its service providers shall not be liable for issues arising from undisclosed allergies or dietary requirements.
10. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:

- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App’s systems or security.
- Abuse promotional offers, discounts, or referral programs.
- Upload or distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

- The Liked name and branding.
- Logos and trademarks.
- Software and technology.
- Content, graphics, images, and designs.
remain the exclusive property of Liked or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Liked shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
- Liked does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the services.
- Services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.
13. Account Suspension and Termination
Liked may suspend or terminate a user account if:
- These Terms & Conditions are violated.
- Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities are suspected.
- Required by applicable laws or regulatory authorities.
